Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Falls City, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of a new concrete solids contact clarifier and concrete masonry unit (CMU) cover with hollowcore roofing, including structural fill, foundations, structure, installation of pre-purchased equipment, existing treatment structure and appurtenance demolition, internal and site piping, including connections to existing utilities and controls, electrical, mechanical, miscellaneous site work, including concrete slab, access catwalk(s), and other appurtenant work as shown in the plans and described in the specifications. The project is located within existing City property. Alternates are included, as described in the Bid Form. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, and Bidders are required to bid on all Bid Sections.
