Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the Contract.The Contract 2 Project consists of the following major items:1.Section 1:Main Pump Station-new triplex 2,256gpm pump station with elevated electrical platform.2.Section 2: Headworks and WWTP Repairs -package headworks with mechanical bar screen, aerated gritchamber and dewatering screw, new blower and chemical feed pump.3.Section 3: Outfall River Crossing Replacement -removal and replacement of approximately 350 LF of 18"steel aerial crossing of Bear Creek.
