SSA Transaction Windows SSA Ansonia, CT- 475 Main St, Ansonia CT Building Number: CT3429ZZ Waterbury, CT - 51 North Elms St, Waterbury, CT Building Number: CT3441ZZ Synopsis Provide labor, material, and equipment necessary to replace nine (9) existing transaction windows at the Ansonia location and replace twenty-three (23) transaction windows at the Waterbury location with new Roxbury style windows . Furnish and install new Roxbury Style windows. Keep all existing roll shutters. The project addresses security COVID concerns for the SSA located at the above addresses in Waterbury and Ansonia, CT Work Includes: Replace existing transaction windows with new Roxbury Style windows and install new Roxbury Style windows per provided drawings. Contractor is responsible for determining existing dimensions prior to ordering windows. Submit shop drawings, trim, caulking and paint for government review and acceptance. Size, order and install Armstrong Optima wall paneling or an SSA approved equivalent, per attachments "AWP Optima and Painted Nubby Wall Panel Data," and office floor plan. Install panels from the counter top to the ceiling on the customer side. Install panels the full length of the wall on the SSA side. Panel height will be from the ceiling down to the top of the windows. Contractor responsible for measuring each position to account for variations in width, height, sitting or standing counters or other factors that may impact the proper installation. Product is Optima, Durabrite, 3154, D-20 mounting, NRC rating 0.90. Move or install window numbers to an approved location. Submit shop drawings, product and color data for government review and acceptance. Tentative Dates: The solicitation will be released on or about 12/8/2020, with bids due date on or about 1/6/2021. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for 12/154/2020 At 10:00 am. The site visit will start at the Ansonia location and proceed to the Waterbury location afterwards. The period of performance is estimated to be approximately 90 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. *To access solicitation package we require vendors to be registered in SAM.gov.
