Site work and paving for a water / sewer project in Hockley, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: 1 Approx. 5,900 LF of 2-inch through 16-inch water line and all appurtenances 2.Approx. 6,200 LF of 8-inch through 24-inch sanitary sewer pipe and all appurtenances 3. Approx. 2,600 LF of 6-inch force main and all appurtenances, 4. Approx. 1,100 LF of 24-inch through 36-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances, 5. Approx. 250 LF of 10-foot by 5-foot storm sewer box and all appurtenances; 6. Construction of two detention/amenity lakes and one open channel, including approx. 173,600 CY of excavation and on-site hauling and spreading activities A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Final Completion of the Work within 135 calendar days
