Reference number : 1595634 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-13 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The Municipality of Saint-Samuel is requesting bids for stabilization work on the north bank of the Bulstrode River on the 2nd range west in Saint-Samuel . The work also includes, but is not limited to, earthworks, removal and recovery of topsoil and existing gravel, 2nd class excavation , disposal of waste, riprap, installation of two (2) HDPE culverts, water management and environmental protection, landscaping, demolition and disposal of existing paving, installation of guardrails and other road works. Only tenders prepared on the forms provided by the Municipality will be considered. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee equivalent to 10% of the value of the contract before taxes and valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of opening of tenders. The Municipality of Saint-Samuel does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. This notice does not confer any rights on anyone and does not create any obligation on the Municipality. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
