All mailed bids must be clearly addressed to the Purchasing Department and include the bid name and number on the outside of the envelope/package. Bid/Proposal Deliveries: The Allen ISD cannot guarantee, due to internal mail delivery procedures that any bid/proposal sent priority mail will be picked up from the post office by district mail employees and delivered to the Purchasing Department by the closing date and time. It is recommended that bid/proposal be submitted online, or that deliveries are made either in person or via an alternate delivery method ensuring delivery to the physical address.
