Allen ISD, Allen, Texas Advertisement for Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/RFP) The Allen ISD is accepting qualifications/proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk utilizing a two-step process for the construction of renovation work at Boon Elementary as specified and detailed in the solicitation documents, which may be obtained by registering on our electronic bidding system at Allen ISD - ION Wave (e-bid system). Proposer shall register within the Allen ISD electronic bidding system to ensure any addendums are received and included within the response documents. Project Approx. SF Start Date Complete Date Probable Cost Boon Elementary 119,074 May 21, 2021 July 26, 2021 $19,008,744 Renovations Qualifications/Proposals will be publicly opened in the office of the Purchasing Director, at the address below, shortly after the specified time for delivery. All mailed bids must be clearly addressed to the Purchasing Department and include the bid name and number on the outside of the envelope/package. Bid/Proposal Deliveries: The Allen ISD cannot guarantee, due to internal mail delivery procedures that any bid/proposal sent priority mail will be picked up from the post office by district mail employees and delivered to the Purchasing Department by the closing date and time. It is recommended that bid/proposal be submitted online, or that deliveries are made either in person or via an alternate delivery method ensuring delivery to the physical address. Allen ISD security protocol requires visitors to sign in and receive a visitor's badge prior to proceeding to the Purchasing Department. In addition, due to COVID19, facial coverings are required. Please allow ample time to check-in prior to delivering your proposal. Proposer shall bear full responsibility for ensuring that the proposals are delivered to the specified location by due date and time. The time clock in the Purchasing Department is the official time clock for proposals. Late bids will be rejected as non-responsive.
