The renovation of the men's and women's restrooms at the first and second floors of the Alabama Board of Pharmacy Building at 111 Village Street, Birmingham, Alabama 35242. The scope of work will include, but not limited to, plumbing fixtures, partitions and accessories, relocation of doors, interior finishes, millwork, lighting, and mechanical appurtenances. at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to Alabama Board of Pharmacy in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract.
