This project is for replacement at Liberty Plaza and generally includes the following elements: A. Design, engineer, manufacture and installation of double glazed insulated translucent roof assemblies. B. All anchors, brackets, and hardware attachments necessary to complete the specified structural assembly, weather ability, and water-tightness performance requirements. All flashing up to but not penetrating adjoining work are also required as part of the system and shall be included. C. Trained and factory authorized labor and supervision to complete the entire panel installation. The work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all tools, equipment, materials, supplies and manufactured articles, all transportation, services, including fuel, power and water, and essential communications, and the performance of all labor, Work, required calculations testing, inspections or operations, or operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract, in strict accordance with the specifications, schedules, and Plans, all of which are made a part hereof, and including such detail sketches as may be furnished by the City of Los Angeles Harbor Department Project Manager (PM) from time to time during the construction in explanation of said Plans. The Work shall be complete and all material, and services incidentals, quality or not specifically called for quality and conditions noted, in the Specifications, or not shown on the Plans, which may be necessary for complete and proper construction to carry out the Contract in good faith and a satisfactory manner shall be performed, furnished, and installed by the Contractor at no increase in cost to the City. The Contractor agrees, upon acceptance of this offer by the City, to furnish the goods and services herein specified according to the terms and conditions as set forth herein. The Harbor Department reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, award Bid as a whole, split award or delete line items, as it may deem necessary, unless otherwise stated herein.
