The construction of the Clearwater Intermodal Center is a critical project that will provide the needed capacity to accommodate existing transit services while allowing the fleet to expand to accommodate local and regional travel demand in one of the most popular tourist markets in Florida. The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit firms qualified in performing professional Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Design Services and Construction Related Services for the proposed Clearwater Intermodal Center .
