Question Submission Close Date 12/11/2020 3:00 PM MST The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Ogden Second District Juvenile Courts Bldg Roof Access Improvements Administrative Office of the Courts Ogden. The project consists of removal of indicated areas of the existing roof membrane, vapor barrier and roof insulation. A new elevated roof walkway consisting of columns, frames, railing and stairs will be provided. A new roofing membrane, manufactured membrane pipe boots, insulation and air barrier will be provided in areas where the walkway is installed. The roofing contractor used on this project MUST be on the DFCM PreQualified Roofing Contractors list found via online. Roofing contractors must also be certified with Carlisle Roofing Systems. Liquidated Damages: $100.00 per day A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond, or equivalent, shall accompany the bid submission and in online. The performance and payment bonds shall be for an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum and secured from a company that meets the requirements specified in the requisite forms. Any bonding requirements for subcontractors will be specified in the Supplementary General Conditions. The Division of Facilities Construction & Management reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the State.
