The project includes but is not necessarily limited to construction of the following: A complete turnkey system upgrade of the various areas noted in the technical specifications and limited ancillary system upgrades as noted for the Facility's Foxboro System. Also included in the project is a new PLC at the influent pump station and connection to vendor supplied control panels for the centrifuge and blower system.
