Between 865 and 869 La Milpita Road and running 150 linear feet southwest to its outlet: Lining of a12-inch diameter CMP storm drain. W. Carrillo Street starting at State Street and continuing to Canon Perdido Street: Lining of a 420 foot segment of the 24-inch diameter concrete storm drain. Pedregosa Street at Chapala Street south 1,900 linear feet to the outlet into Mission Creek south of the Islay and Castillo Streets Intersection: video capture of the large diameter storm drain system with elevations. Q&A Deadline 01/29/2021 12:00 PM (PST) Alternative Option: Approximately 420 feet of 15 inch Corrugated metal pipe has failed and will need to be replaced with 15" CIPP material 18" CHDPE. o The site inlet is located at 1360 Rialto Ln., with an identified inlet CB-C09-01. Installation of 15" CIPP at the inlet will extend downstream approximately 185' (TBD), to a Pre-Cast manhole to be installed and at a depth to be determined - maximum 5 feet below grade. o From the Pre-cast manhole, approximately 235 feet of 18" CHDPE will be installed to terminate at the existing MH-C09-01. Concrete anchors to be used at angle points (3). o Vegetation will need to be removed and replaced. o Two existing wood fences will need to be removed and replaced as well as a section of a patio concrete pad. o An existing 10 feet wide City Easement is in place. 1 o Right of Entry(s) will be secured by the City prior to construction. f o Use of heavy equipment may be limited due to site condition and steep grade. o Staging On-site is approved.
