Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Pickering, Ontario. Design plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a road / highway; and for the construction of a bridge / tunnel.
Construction of a new 4-lane bridge over Hwy 401, CN and Metrolinx railway tracks, connecting Squires Beach Rd & Notion Rd. Project also includes the widening of Notion Rd & Squires Beach Rd. TIMELINE: EA & preliminary design completed only at this time. Project has been placed on hold. Further project schedules to be confirmed pending budget approvals and Owner's decision to proceed. Updates may be available late spring 2026. *Funding will be from both the City of Pickering & Pickering Developments.
