All work related to the rehabilitation and painting of the interior only of the WCTMWD 75' dia. X 32' tall (1.0 MG) welded steel ground storage tank, located near Breckenridge west of CR 244 in Stephens County. Bidders are encouraged to register with this website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or other source. All addenda and other official correspondence related to the Bid will be issued through the designated web site.Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount of not less than five (5%) percent of the total amount of the bid, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will promptly execute the Agreement in accordance with the Contract Documents.Performance and Payment Bonds will be required to be provided by the Bidder should they be awarded the Contract. Additional requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures and contract award may be found in the Instructions to Bidders section of the Bid Documents.The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all Bids, waive any informality or technicality in the Bids received and to accept the Bid it deems most beneficial to the Owner.
