Construction of a new community centre in Fort McKay and includes site developments and site services. The community centre is a 12,000 sq ft building that comes with an event stage to accommodate any performances or presentations, multiple bleacher areas with approximately 300 seats, a commercial kitchen complete with a concession, plenty of storage space, and a new asphalt parking lot with over 100 parking stalls. The first phase of construction, which includes foundation and pilings, will be completed in this construction season of 2023.
