Project is included City of Dunwoody FY 2023-2027 CIP The City of Dunwoody is seeking cost proposals to design final construction drawings and construction cost estimate for corridor improvements along Mount Vernon Road from Corners Drive to Gramercy Court. The Citys council recently approved a concept to add bicycle lanes, a 12-foot wide shared-use path on the north side of Mount Vernon Road, and a 5-foot sidewalk on the south side. The center lane will vary in use from a left turn lane, landscaped island, two-way left-turn lane, or pedestrian refuge. Questions regarding proposals should be directed to purchasing@dunwoodyga.gov in a written format no later than November 19, 2021. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities of proposals, to request clarification or information submitted in any proposal, to request additional information from any proposer, or to reject any or all proposals, and to re-advertise for proposals. The City also reserves the right to extend the date or time scheduled for the opening of proposals. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
