STEM & Agricultural Sciences Complex New Facility AUBURN UNIVERSITY Facilities Management Building One, Training Room A/B SCOPE OF WORK: The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: New complex for 6 departments within the College of Science and Mathematics (COSAM) and the College of Architecture. Scope of work includes approximately 265,000 GSF of new construction at the former Hill Dormitory site on Auburn University's campus. BONDS: A certified check or bid bond payable to Auburn University in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds will be required at the signing of the Contract. BIDS: Bids must be submitted on proposal forms or copies thereof furnished by the Architect. Dr. Christopher B.
