Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in New Orleans, Louisiana. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The City of New Orleans ("the City") seeks qualifications from Architectural and Engineering (A/E) teams and/or individuals to produce construction documents for the intended renovations to the City of New Orleans' Pecan Grove Recreation Center located at 7607 Chef Menteur Hwy. This existing facility is approximately 10,000sf and on a 1.6 acre lot. This former HANO facility has been out of use and in need of renovation since Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The newly renovated facility will be a multi-use flexible space for community gathering, education, fitness, and recreation Deadline for Submitting Questions August 1, 2022 by 4:00 PM CST Evaluation by Selection Committee On or about August 24, 2022 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
