Site work for a civil project in Rowlett, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project Inlcudes rehabilitation of 2.0 MG Ground Storage Tank at the City of Rowlett's Rowlett Rd pmp station site. A Site map to the location is provided as an exhibit in the specification booklet. The rehab will include but is not limited to: Removing and Re-painting the Interioir and Exterior coating systems on the tank. Removing and replacing the Water Level indicator system Repairing the interior safety climb assembly. Removing and disposing of 1/2" of sediment in the bottom of the tank. misc other repairs noted in the inspection reports and the proposal. FAILURE TO MEET THE CONTRACTUAL DEADLINE, OR A DELAY IN MEETING PROJECT SCHEDULES, MAY BE DEEMED A DEFAULT. THE CITY WILL AWARD AN EARLY COMPLETION BONUS IF THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED EARLY. THE EARLY COMPLETION BONUS WILL BE UP TO BUT NOT IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT STATED IN THE CONTRACT. QA deadline 12/11/2020 5:00 PM CST
