Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Orange, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists of: Construction of a new access road, and relocation and reconnection of water and electrical services. Work covered by the Contract Documents: The work to include, but to limited to: Clearing of wooded areas and legal disposal of stumps, Removal of rock contained within the scope of work, On site stockpiling and processing of the removed rock to produce 2" minus structural fill to be utilized in the development of the site grading, Erection of gravity block walls to support the grading of the new access drive adjacent to the addition, Installation of drainage system and development of the New Access Road to a finish state ready for finish paving, Landscaping of the New Access Road. Installation of Utility Infrastructure for the new primary and secondary power systems, new domestic and fire protection water service, sanitary and drainage in the new access drive as indicated. Utility Infrastructure terminations are to include the complete re-energization of the Existing Switchboard, tested and complete and the termination into the Boiler Room of the new domestic and fire protection service, tested and complete. Refer to Section 01 10 11 Project Milestones for the requirements of concurrent work activities. It is imperative that ALL the scope of this contract be completed and ready for site turnover to the building construction contractor in accordance with the laid out milestones and schedules.
