For Parking Revenue Infrastructure Installation of a Park Assist M4 camera-based automated parking guidance system (A.PGS) throughout. the garage (approxi-mately 12,300 stalls) and electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) in the form of 94 Level-2 and 12 Level-1 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
The Project. includes contrac-tor support during commissioning of the APGS. This work will be executed under Force Account as stated in. Schedule of Unit Prices and will be full compensation for furnishing labor, equipment and materials required to sup-port, the Port's APOS vendor Park Assist during their commissioning activities, at the direction of the Engineer. The work area is located in the airport parking garage at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, 17801 International Boulevard, City of Sea-Tac, WA 98168. The Engineer's estimate range for this project is $6 - 9 Million. Each bid must include a bid guarantee in the form of a cashier's check, money order, or surety bid bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to Port of Seattle. A copy of the bid guarantee shall be provided elec-tronically with your bid. Original bid guarantees shall be sent to Patty Brush, Port. of Seattle, CPO Construction, 17900 International Blvd., Suite 400B, Seatac, WA 98188 no later than 10 calendar days after the bid opening due date and time. Performance and Payment bonds will be required with the Contract.
