The Project Delivery Bureau of the Highway Division of the Vermont Agency of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as VTrans, is seeking Consultant Engineering Services to assist in the development of resurfacing, rehabilitation, and preventative maintenance transportation projects. The selected Contractors, hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR, shall be responsible for performing a variety of assignments including, but not limited to, engineering, project administration, design, hydraulic analysis, environmental permitting, survey, geotechnical evaluation, Right-of-Way (ROW) services, utility relocation services, railroad/highway crossing evaluation and design, traffic signal evaluation and design, and advertisement and bidding services during all phases of a project, from project definition through construction. The types of services required will be in accordance with the Vermont Agency of Transportation Project Development Process Manual or as directed by the VTrans Project Manager (VPM). All such questions and requests shall be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. VTrans will not be bound by any oral communications.
