Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,374-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The work includes all material, labor, and equipment necessary for the renovation of 6,374 SF of office space adjacent to bulk archival storage along with all of the associated site work. This bid consists of four prime contracts consisting of General Construction, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. Bid Security in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bidder's maximum bid is required to accompany the Bid. A performance and payment bond, each in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price shall be required from the Successful Bidder. The Contract is subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. Bids shall be submitted only on the provided Bid Form included in the Bidding Documents. While Bidders may make comments to clarify their bid, Bidders cannot change, modify, delete, alter, amend, or make additions to the wording to any of the Bidding Documents, including but not limited to the Contract. Unauthorized conditions, exceptions, limitations, or provisions attached to a Bid may be cause for rejection of the Bid.
