Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Starke, Florida. Working plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The owner has already selected the awarded design builder. Bradford County is requesting proposals from qualified design/build entities to provide renovations at Fire Station 40 that include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil improvements. Bradford County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, to accept any proposal and to negotiate such terms and conditions of any proposal that may be in the best interest of the Department. The deadline for questions is 12/23/2020 at NOON. The RFPs will be evaluated and a recommendation will be made to the Bradford County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) by late January 2021.
