Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall provide construction services which consists of reconstruction of the roadway, replacement of City water lines, storm water, reconstruction of curbs and gutters, traffic signal upgrades, reconstruction of ADA accessible ramps and sidewalk. The Project will be coordinated and approved by the City of Corpus Christi Engineering Services Department. Project is part of Corpus Christi 2020 Bond All inquiries or requests regarding this RFB must be submitted in writing online via only using the electronic question submission feature specific to this RFB. Such inquiries or requests must be submitted by the due date and time for clarifications provided in this RFB. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise for new bids or to proceed with the work in any manner as may be considered in the best interest of the City. Should the City require clarification from the bidder, the City shall contact the individual named as the organization's contact person in Bid Form.
