Renovation of an educational facility in Allan, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project involves the restructuring or reinforcement of the second floor joists and roof joists. Due to this work there will be renovations to approximately 386m2 of the main floor and 386m2 of the second floor. Existing flat roof joists and floor joists, replacement of suspended and gypsum board ceilings, mechanical and electrical renovations to accommodate the structural work. Work also includes removal of 1,450m2 of inverted BUR roofing and installation of SBS roofing. New boilers and ventilation will be added to serve 835m2 on the main and 835m2 on the second floor. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond / Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender and a Consent of Surety. Subcontractors shall file their Bids directly to General Contractors.
