ECS reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs, cancel the advertisement, negotiations or contract at any time in the best interest of the State. These contracts have been established as Race Neutral with a 0.0% DBE Goal. The Compensation Type for these contracts will be Lump Sum. The non-negotiable Fixed Fee for this contract, and any applicable extensions, has been established at 9%. Questions, in writing, shall be received by the ECS until December 17, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. (Arizona Time). No further questions shall be accepted after the time specified. All Consultants will be notified of any Consultants request for information and ECS response(s) to the question(s).
