Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Diana, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,600-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; educational facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of the new construction of an approximately 5,600 sf field house facility on District owned property as outlined in the contract documentation. In general, the site work will include rough grading, utility connection/coordination, subsurface drainage work, new concrete paving, and landscaping associated with new building construction. Building construction consists of slab on grade on engineered building pad, pre-engineered metal building structure, masonry wainscot and prefinished metal panel veneer, and standing seam metal roofing. Interior finishes included painted masonry and gypsum board walls; flooring consisting of sealed concrete floors, carpet tile, and vinyl tile; architectural millwork, suspended acoustical and framed gypsum board ceilings, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Proposers will be required to provide bid security in the form of a bid bond in the amount of a sum no less than five (5) percent of the proposal amount.
