Notice is hereby given that Broken Arrow Municipal Authority (owner) is accepting bids for the supply of water meters and accessories for the expansion of the drive by Automated Meter Reading (AMR) drive by system in the City of Broken Arrow, OK. The various components to be supplied shall include RF Meter Interface Units (MIUs), antennas and cables. The units shall come fully assembled and ready for field installation by city crews. Other components to be supplied under this bid proposal include MIU's to attach on to existing water meters that are in service and convert the manually read meters to an AMR drive by system. Additional hardware shall be supplied to enable field personnel to record existing customer meter data and new meter data as crews are changing out meters in the field. Phase III of the project is expected to replace/retrofit about 12,000 water meters with sizes ranging from 3/4Inch to 4Inch. The target date for completion of Phase III project is June 30, 2022. BAMA shall be procuring materials bid and accepted under this proposal up to June 30, 2022. The successful bidder shall be required to honor the bid prices until June 30, 2022.
