The Contractor shall fully reconstruct approximately 2,700 LF of 40' B-B HMAC roadway, and related improvements such as curb and gutter, curb ramps, sidewalks, storm water, water, wastewater, and incidentals. The Contractor shall perform all utility improvements, upgrades, traffic control, and project sequencing thru related coordination with the City and private utility owners. This project also includes related coordination with private utility owners and with the city on existing utilities, traffic control, and project sequencing. It is the responsibility of the Contractor bidding the project to ensure the accuracy of the reproduction of all Bid Documents and Construction Drawings. This includes, but is not limited to, proper scaling, paper width and length, etc. Failure to do so may result in errors in the Unit Bid Quantities and or Bids Amounts.
