Portland State University (PSU) is seeking Responsive Responsible Bidders to submit Bids for Mechanical services for the Urban Center Building (URBN) Chiller Replacement. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) represents PSU's good faith effort to detail our specifications and requirements for the Mechanical services for the Urban Center Building (URBN) Chiller Replacement that will best meet PSU's needs.
