Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Beaverton, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
The City of Beaverton will only accept electronic bids for the project, Allen Boulevard 92nd Ave Shared Use Path Connection. The project completes a missing segment of the Fanno Creek Regional Trail. The project includes construction of approximately 500 feet of 14-foot-wide shared use path on the south side of Allen Blvd between Scholls Ferry Rd and 92nd Ave. Other improvements include a roundabout and crossing improvements at 92nd Ave/Allen Blvd, signal and crossing improvements at Allen Blvd/Scholls Ferry Rd, curb and gutter, planter strip, lighting, and storm water improvements. The project cost is approximately between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000. The contract expected to be awarded in connection with this solicitation is subject to the state prevailing wage rates under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 and/or the federal prevailing wage rates under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq.)
