Description: The project consists of two new buildings on the same site. The Dam Bureau's Construction and Operations Facility is a new single-story steel framed building of 22,719 sf. The Watershed Bureau's building is 6,875 square feet. Both buildings have structural steel frame and bar joist roof and mezzanine framing with a combination of insulated metal panel walls and some masonry wall areas.
