Site work and new construction of a civil project in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: Demolition and removal of the existing 1.0 million gallon (MG) welded steel Pikes Peak Reservoir. Demolition and removal of the existing Pikes Peak pump station. Construction of a partially buried 1.25 MG prestressed concrete reservoir and associated appurtenances. Construction of onsite stormwater and site improvements including a stormwater detention vault. Construction of water system improvements including site piping, vaults, back-down vault and meter vault, and associated appurtenances. Landscape plantings Site, Temporary Construction Easement and Right-of-Way restoration.
