** Project is is on hold due to bids being over budget and per Robert Marshall-Purchasing, he is unsure if it will rebid in the future.** A Minority/Female Business Enterprise (M/WBE) is a business concern that is at least 51% owned by one or more minority/female individuals and whose daily business operations are managed and directed by one (1) or more of the minority/female owners. PERFORMANCE BOND - Required at the time of contract. PAYMENT BOND - Required at the time of contract. The County reserves the right to reject all bids that are non-responsive or not responsible. Failure to complete all work within 200 calendar days plus any extension authorized in writing by the County shall entitle the County to deduct as Liquidated Damages from the monies due the Contractor the amount of $500 for each calendar day in excess of the authorized construction time.
