Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Bel Tiburon, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The work to be done, in general, consists of replacing the major HVAC equipment located in the mechanical room and building exterior, replacing the refrigerant lines, and providing a new energy management system (EMS) as shown on the plans, as specified in the Standard Specifications and these special provisions, and as directed by the Engineer. Work shall be completed within One hundred eighty (180) Work Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Costs is approximately $600,000 to $650,000.
