Site work for an educational facility in Simi Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

The Project involves irrigation systems installations, trenching, backfill, hydro-seeding, and other work. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by: (a) Bid Security; (b) Subcontractors List; (c) Non-Collusion Declaration; (d) Certification of Contractor and Subcontractor(s) DIR Registration, and (e) Certification of Prevailing Wage & Related Labor Requirements. The Bidder acknowledges that if this Bid Proposal and the foregoing documents are not fully in compliance with applicable requirements set forth in the Call for Bids, the Instructions for Bidders and in each of the foregoing documents, the Bid Proposal may be rejected as nonresponsive. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by Bid Security in an amount equal to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the maximum amount of the Bid Proposal, inclusive of any additive Alternate Bid Item(s). Failure of any Bid Proposal to be accompanied by Bid Security in the form and in the amount required shall render such Bid Proposal to be non-responsive and rejected by the District. The amount of funding for the Project, as that term is used at California Public Contract Code 20103.8(c), is Two-Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($270,000.00). The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bid Proposal or in the bidding.
