Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Work under this contract includes all work as outlined within the construction documents to upgrades mechanical controls to separate intake air and exhaust air within the area of construction while maintaining a controlled temperature environment. Due to COVID-19, multiple site examination meetings will be held during the day to limit the number of contractors and personnel at any one walkthrough to 10 persons. To coordinate this, we ask that all those who plan to be in attendance email the project manager Andrew Sinclair at Andrew.Sinclair@umanitoba.ca no later than December 17, 2020 at 2:00 PM. Emails will then be sent to all respondents with their scheduled time. Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda will be provided in electronic format and posted on the Bonfire Submission portal at: https://umanitoba.bonfirehub.ca/. Bidders are responsible for printing any hard copies that may be required during the tender process and during construction. * Due to the value is under $250,000, no information regarding tender results to be released for publication by University of Manitoba.
