The measure seeks voter approval of $1.74 billion in general obligation bond funding over 20 years for health and safety improvements at King Countys Harborview Medical Center. The proposed $1.74 billion package includes: Center Tower - $248M Plans call for seismic upgrades and space modification to the Center Tower The King County 2020 Proposition 1 Bond was passed and approved by the voters on November 3, 2020. As of June 16, 2022, a construction manager has been identified.
