Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,520-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all required bonds and insurances, general superintendence, labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances and incidentals required for replacement of approximately 1,200 square feet of a shingle roof and approximately 30 lineal feet of gutter; restroom facilities improvements including providing and installing grab bars and privacy partitions; and provision and installation of a new, poured in place rubberized playground surface including removal and disposal of approximately 2,520 square feet of mulch and replacement of approximately 24 lineal feet of timbers as further specified in the bid documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the required form, certified check, letter of credit, or other security acceptable to the Borough in the amount of 10 percent of the total base bid. This contract is subject to the Federal Occupational Safety & Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions. This contract is subject to PA Act 127 Public Works Employment Verification.
