Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.

The existing parking lot extruded curbing is displaced and will be replaced with "D" curbing. The associated parking lot striping and trail pavement markings will be replaced. The existing multipurpose trial has deteriorated requiring 1,202 LF to be replaced. Replace/Restoration of Basketball Court's surface and basketball goals at Villages of Hillsboro Park. This will be a three phase project with the trail project as phase one, the parking lot as phase two and the basketball courts as phase three. As of January 18, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2022-2026 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2022. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2022. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
