Maricopa County extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms or individuals to submit formal sealed qualifications electronically through an outside agent, Periscope S2G ( periscopeholdings.com/s2g ) to provide On-Call Professional Engineering and Design Services. MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME: Times listed for pre-bid meetings, Q and A, and Bid Close are in Mountain Standard Time. EVALUATION AND AWARD: Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department. Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors. COMMUNICATION: All questions must be submitted through electronically ONLY by the date and time listed in the bid. A maximum of four (4) contracts will be awarded; with a potential maximum value of $2,000,000.00 and will initially be for two (2) years with three (3) one-year options to extend. The solicitation, evaluation, ranking, selection, and negotiation shall comply with the qualifications-based selection procurement procedures for architectural and engineering services codified under Title 40 U.S.C. 1101-1104, commonly referred to as the Brooks Act, and the Maricopa County Procurement Code. Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) will be accepted from any Prime Consultant properly registered with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration (BTR) at the time the SOQ issubmitted to MCDOT. In order for your proposal to be considered and evaluated for award, a Principal or Officer of the Firm responsible for this contract must submit evidence that the Principal or Officer is properly registered with the BTR at the time the SOQ is submitted to MCDOT. It is the Prime Consultant's responsibility to verify that all Sub-consultants in the SOQ submittal have the proper Arizona Licenses and/or Registrations for the services to be performed under this contract.
