Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: 1. Approx. 3,300 LF of 4-inch through 8-inch water line and all appurtenances 2. Approx. 3,100 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe and all appurtenances 3. Approx. 2,100 LF of 24-inch through 48-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances, 4. Approx. 400 LF of 4-foot by 3-foot and 6-foot by 4-foot storm sewer box and all appurtenances, 5. Approx. 11,600 SY of 6-inch subgrade preparation 6. Approx. 10,000 SY of 6-inch reinforced concrete pavement 7. Approx. 700 SY of 7-inch reinforced concrete pavement 8. Approx. 6,400 LF of reinforced concrete curb 9. Lot Grading (79 lots) 10. 5,500 CY of drainage channel excavation A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
