Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: 1. Approx. 1,000 LF of 8-inch water line and all appurtenances 2. Approx. 900 LF of 8-inch through 10-inch sanitary sewer pipe and all appurtenances; 3. Approx. 800 LF of 24-inch through 30-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances, 4. Approx. 4,600 SY of 6-inch curb and gutter reinforced concrete paving Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to the Construction of Dunham Pointe Model Court Sec 1, for Harris County ID No. 14, Harris County The Contractor hereby agrees to begin work within ten (10) calendar days after written Notice to Proceed has been given by Engineer. Contractor hereby also agrees to achieve Final Completion of the Work within 120 calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed.
