The Richland County Public Safety Center will comprise of the interior demolition of the existing 7201 Two Notch Road (Parcel R17001-04-42). The first floor will be renovated into approximately 42,500 sqft of a new consolidated Richland County 911 Center and approximately 14,500 sqft new PPP area. The second floor will be prepped for the new Richland County Forensics Lab. The mechanical penthouse will be renovated into the radio tower server room.
