Site work and paving for a road / highway in Dexter, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of January 6, 2021 the project has not been awarded. It is expected to be awarded on January 14, 2021. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including Bituminous crushing and shaping, reconstruction of approximately 5,800 lineal feet of hike / bike trail with 3.5" bituminous mixture, and all incidental construction at Hudson Mills Metropark in Washtenaw County, Michigan. Bids shall be submitted on the form included in the bidding documents, and shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond underwritten by a surety licensed in the State of Michigan, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or formalities and to make award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
