For plans and specifications, please contact alan.lawton@clearviewland.com or heather.meyer@clearviewland.com Epperson North Community Development District hereby requests proposals to provide services relating to the following: Epperson North, Villages A-1 through A-5, Wesley Chapel, FL Request for proposals to provide services relating to mass grading and construction of stormwater systems. The District has the right to reject any and all proposals, make modifications to the work, and waive any minor informalities and irregularities in proposals as it deems appropriate, if it determines in its discretion that it is in the best interest of the District to do so. In Addition, this project is subject to the availability of funds and the project may be cancelled if funds are not available. The successful proposer must execute a contract with the District and file the requisite Performance and Payment Bonds and insurance within fourteen (14) calendar days after the receipt of the Notice of Award. Any person who wishes to protest the Bid Package, or any component thereof, shall file with the District a written notice of protest within seventy-two (72) hours after the Bid Package is made available, and shall file a formal written protest with the District within seven (7) calendar days after the date of timely filing the initial notice of protest. Any and all questions relative to this project shall be directed in writing only to Clearview Land Design, P.L., 3010 W. Azeele St., Suite 150, Tampa, F 33609 or via e-mail to alan.lawton@clearviewland.com or heather.meyer@clearviewland.com no later than 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 21st, 2021. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed opaque package, shall bear the name of the proposer on the outside of the package and shall identify the name of the project. Proposals will be opened at the time and date stipulated above; those received after the time and date stipulated above will be returned un-opened to the proposer. Any proposal not completed as specified or missing the required proposal documents as provided in the Bid Package may be disqualified.
