Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Weyauwega, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work, in general, will include the following schedule of work: Site work and concrete sidewalk; modifications to the existing polymer room in Structure 40 including wall, concrete, equipment, and piping demolition; construction of a new polymer room in Structure 40 which includes new masonry walls, interior door, exterior overhead coil door, secondary containment sump, polymer blending equipment and storage; addition of a new sludge mixing system to the sludge thickening tank in Structure 50 including a recirculation pump, piping and mixing nozzle; removal and replacement of concrete slab and floor drain system in Structure 60; process instrumentation, electrical power distribution, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and site restoration. Federal Davis-Bacon Act wage rates are applicable to this project per Federal Labor Provisions (4010). Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to condition of employment to be observed and minimum wage and fringe rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. We encourage MBEs, DBEs, and WBEs to submit bid proposals. The solicitation of subcontractors must evidence a good faith effort to obtain bids from MBEs, DBEs and WBEs, such efforts to be documented. The Work will be substantially completed on or before September 17, 2021 or General Conditions on or before October 29, 2021.
