Renovation of a municipal facility in Stamford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Stamford Community Development Office (SCDO) will be accepting sealed bids from Security and Electrical Contractors on behalf of Childrens Learning Centers (CLC), located at 64 Palmer Hill Road, Stamford CT 06902, to upgrade and install Security Camera systems at two locations 64 Palmer Hill Road and 195 Hillandale Ave. Project SCD 46-13. Contractors must have required certifications plus 7 years related experience, a DUNS number, be registered with SAM.gov and be licensed in the State of Connecticut. Contractors also must have General & Workmans Compensation Insurance for the project. All contractors that submitted a bid will be notified via email with the bid results as well. The City of Stamford & CLC reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities in the bidding if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Organization. This bid is subject to Community Development Block Grant Regulations, Federal Equal Opportunity Laws. Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply.
