Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Laval, Quebec. Working plans call for the addition of a 11,000-square-foot, one-story above grade, four-room educational facility; for the renovation of a 5,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Construction of an addition to the elementary school building that will house three or four pre-school education classrooms and related premises. The scope of the project also includes the renovations to the existing school areas. Project 082-421050. TIMELINE: Due to funding constraints and the need to make 200-million-dollar budget compression to the school funding system, the Quebec government has put this project on hold and there are no plans for construction at this time. Owner is focused on construction of modular complexes at this time, which will be followed under separate projects. Further update early to mid-2026.
